Freight & Shipping

Shipping of product from our factory is accomplished utilizing carriers with proven records of dependability and care.

Although we utilize industry standard packing techniques and materials, freight damage does occasionally occur.

All claims for damage must be filed through the carrier; however, our customer support staff can assist customers in understanding the claim process. Contact us for help.
